How To File A Google DMCA Complaint Letter
We would first like to state that we are not lawyers nor do we practice law. This post is merely from information we have collected at various sites that helped us in the past. We urge you to contact a DMCA attorney in these matters.
Now then; often, bloggers and marketers may use your article on their blogs and forums, but most will leave your article intact. Bad marketer bloggers on the other hand will most certainly remove these links and any recognition. When this happens you must take action - for every person that does a search under your keywords, and clicks on the plagiarized article, that is one less person who visits your site. Basically, the article thief is stealing your traffic and quite possibly your sales. You can contact Google Adsense and alert them to this potential fraud whereby Google, using its own discretion, may terminate or halt the Adsense user's account.
Important Note: Prior to sending a "cease and desist" letter to Google, its best to be sure your work could not be constituted under the "Fair Use Doctrine". Google requires that you send the infringement letter via snailmail to them and to be sure that your work could not be deemed "Fair Use".

Send a DMCA Letter To Google
This second step is to send Google a letter asking them to remove the unauthorized material from their search engine. Here is an example letter: (please consult with an attorney for your letter)

- That I am the exclusive owner of the copyrights in and to the article that appears on: PASTE YOUR LINK HERE; and
- The copyrighted work in question is titled: PASTE THE TITLE OF THE ARTICLE HERE and was created by my hand on this date: POST THE DATE OF CREATION HERE

Please immediately remove or disable all access to the Infringing Material.
I have a good faith belief that the use of the Infringing Material is not authorized by the Owner, its agents or the law. I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
