How Free Website Templates
Got It's Start...
WebTempleX.com started as a collection of private pages and templates for friends and family but soon grew to a large stock of free website templates! We began to receive requests from some designers to host their Designer WebSite Templates and when we accepted a couple - the floodgates opened. You see, by giving away these designer website templates allowed the majority of novice users the ability to have decent looking sites in a short period of time.
As things progress, as technology does, so do the file constraints and designs that are used and put into place. So while you may see some older designs here, new ones come in daily. We thought to leave the older ones up as they still have value if not for the backend code at least to give someone the inspiration of what they can do with their site.
WebTempleX.com provides a huge assortment and selection of free website templates (you can download straight from our servers) that are suitable for anyone looking to start an online business, family site, web blog, news site, or just about anything! The web templates are truly free for anyone and everyone to use!
Keep in mind however, that although these website templates are free for anyone to use, we ask that you do not redistribute them in any form (cd-roms, online auctions, and other websites). Read more about this in our Terms of Use page.

We like to think we have given you all the tools necessary to aid you in creating and maintaining your website. If you find you are in need of a specialized product or are having trouble with one we recommended - please feel free to email webtemplates.

If you are a designer and wish to have your templates listed here for all the world to freely download, please drop us a line to get you set up for approval. Each template will be checked and verified to be virus and trojan free and ensure that all graphics, html and key code components are in place. Go to the designer page and sign up to be able to list your work. You will have an honorable mention on our sidepanel based on how many templates are uploaded to us for display. Any web template you provide will have each and every one of them linked by your designer name and web company. What better way to provide backlinks than to have someone using your template!
